i'm a huge headgear fan, but i dunno where to make the request for the anonymity, where can i find that dumbass NPC, i've been searching almost everywhere for about 4 hrs, still don't find any. nid ur help pls

That headgear isn't added until episode 11.1, so unless you're playing on kRO (or a pserver :<) you won't be able to find it.
