Kata dispepsia berasal dari bahasa Yunani yang berarti “pencernaan yang jelek”. Dispepsia merupakan kumpulan keluhan/gejala klinis yang terdiri dari rasa tidak enak/sakit, rasa penuh dan panas di perut bagian atas yang menetap atau mengalami kekambuhan keluhan rasa nyeri dan panas pada ulu hati.
Batasan dispepsia terbagi atas dua yaitu :
Dispepsia organic dikategorikan menjadi :
– Gastritis
– Ulkus peptikum
– Stomach cancer
– Gastro-Esophangeal reflux Disease
– Hyperacidity
– dll.
2. Dispepsia non organik, atau dispepsia fungsional, atau dispepsia non ulkus (DNU), Dispepsia yang tidak jelas penyebabnya.
Dispepsia fungsional dibagi atas 3 subgrup yaitu:
– Dispepsia mirip ulkus {ulcer-likedyspepsia) bila gejala yang dominan adalah nyeri ulu hati;
– Dispepsia mirip dismotilitas (dysmotility-likedyspepsia) bila gejala dominan adalah kembung, mual, cepat kenyang;
– Dyspepsia non-spesific yaitu bila gejalanya tidak sesuai dengan (a) maupun (b).
Pengobatan Alami Untuk Dispepsia Cukup dengan mengkonsumsi jelly gamat qnc yang ampuh serta tidak mempunyai efek samping. takaran setiap kali minumnya 3 sendok makan dan diminum 3x dalam sehari. inget !! diminum SEBELUM MAKAN (menjelang makan).
