I was given an Macys gift card for a birthday gift but when I tried to use it, the balance shows with zero dollar. My mother said that it would take a long time to be delivered and they were afraid it wouldn't arrive on time. The card itself was not scratched-off cid and was accompanied by a letter stating that the amount was to the credit card.
