concerning Valk Helm (4)

the guide here says that a certain 10 cards are required as ingredients (in addition to the 1000 dark runes, 1000 bloody runes, and 10m).
However, I've long had a suspicion (and I've heard that others have too, second-hand), that the valkyrie helm npc actually will ask each player for a random set of 10 non-mvp cards.
It makes more sense that way (instead of elder, nightmare terror, dryad, etc. being incredibly jacked up in price, nothing much really changes in the economy since the card demand is evenly spread among all).

Could someone confirm whether or not it's always those 10 specific cards, or if it's random?

I have seen more than one person with that card set picking up a valk helm. If it is random, I imagine that its specific sets of cards instead of completely random.
