According to the newest issue of kRO monthly webzine (http://magazine.ragnarok.co.kr/200708/content2_1.asp), both nontranscendent and transcendent will be able to change to 3rd job, but I guess this is unconfirmed?

Apparently there was something that said that was incorrect, and another "PR, news release, whatever you wanna call it" that didn't say anything, so I would rather err on the side of caution before adding that to the wiki.

Then wouldn't it be safer to say that it is unclear whether it is only nontrans chars or if trans chars can change, too?
The other Japanese PR (http://www.4gamer.net/news.php?url=/news/history/2007.07/20070722001658detail.html)said,"The released information was not sufficient to decide whether the 3rd jobs provide an alternative to rebirth or whether there would be a special merit in choosing to go 3rd after transcendence." This seems to suggest that at least they did not negate the possibility of going 3rd after transcendence?
